On August 22, 2024, Medical Properties Trust, Inc. (MPW) announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of common stock to be paid on October 10, 2024, to stockholders of record on September 9, 2024.

Armour Residential REIT cuts monthly dividend by 20%

Armour Residential REIT will lower its monthly dividend from $0.05 to $0.04 per share.

The company has lowered its dividend seven times since 2010, when the first payment was made. Last year the payment was cut from $0.07 to $0.05 per month.
